This is a Telemedicine Health Exam with extended consultation provided as concierge holistic counseling and follow-up to testing. Our focus is on treating the whole person, taking into account mental, social, and environmental factors rather than just symptoms of an ailment alone.

Creating protocols to address all health concerns through the lenses of differential diagnosis, root causation, and the unavoidable relevance of deeply seated emotions. We ask for a 3-month commitment to attain your health goals. This exam includes detailed protocols that encompass lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, medications, recommendations for comprehensive testing and follow-up, with opportunities to experience Sana Healings and overall continued care.

During your Telemedicine Health Exam, we will be addressing signs and symptoms as well as taking an in-depth health history to indicate any patterns of ill health that are contributing to your current state of health. If there are no health concerns, then there are always protocols to optimize and rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul! We will review any blood work or testing you submit before your examination, as well as any supplements, medications, and your current diet. Be sure to upload all testing to the telemedicine platform provided. We also ask for photos of your tongue and nails to be uploaded for a view into nutritional deficiencies. We request no fingernail and toenail polish for proper analysis. Once our exam is completed, we will email you a protocol with suggestions ranging from lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, testing recommendations, and appropriate treatment strategies to begin your healing journey!  

For extended support, you can purchase scheduled follow-up care or join our yearly health coaching plan with unlimited access to your physician. This is wonderful for patients needing a lot of protocol support or if you are working with your physician to remove pharmaceuticals.

Once you book your Telemedicine New Patient Exam, we will send out your paperwork via email. This must be filled out prior to your appointment time. Please note that your physician needs to review your submissions before speaking with you in order to properly analyze your symptoms and chief complaints. Your physician will work prior, during and after your exam to give you the upmost attention!
